Happy 2012: Welcome to Project-Kenya!
This year Project-Kenya Charity will be taking on some changes...positive ones. We have outgrown the support of our current volunteers and need to expand. We are also making our mission and goals more specific and purposeful. We hope you consider contributing to Project-Kenya Charity.Project-Kenya Charity, Inc. has become an organization which strives to enhance the educational value and level of primary aged school children living in remote areas of Kenya. To increase academic performance and enhancement of a child we will accomplish this through investing time, resources, and money by providing sustainable approaches that advance the quality of education received and the health and wellness of the student population. Our projects and mission trips will focus on these objectives.
Project-Kenya Charity receives $8,000 grant!

It is with great enthusiasm that Project-Kenya announces that we have been selected and will be receiving a grant totalling $8,000.00 from the Genesis Fund. Project-Kenya did submit for a grant that would be applied to our technology and education program. We will be using this money, over the next 2 years, to put in more computer labs, install projectors/screens, libraries, and resource rooms in many more schools.

With access to knowledge comes tolerance and understanding.
With access to knowledge the playing field becomes fairer.
With access to knowledge our minds expand and the impossible becomes possible.

*Please note that this money cannot be spent on other projects or funding needs and that we encourage you to give generously to the other projects and efforts that Project-Kenya has going including: our sanitation campaign and the four students who receive education support and scholarship.
